We ordered a Blackened Salmon and the Island Pizza. Both were fresh and delicious. The salad had an incredible blend of flavors. Awesome cook on the salmon to flake into the salad and the sweet corn really balanced the richer flavors from the dressing. The Island was an awesome take on the traditionally boring Hawaiian. They pickle their pineapple in a sweet brine that highlights the sparkly wonder of the fruit.
This place is awesome! I haven't had anything there I haven't loved. The Island and Kurt Brussel are delicious! Brunch Sunday is great and so are the pop up menus!
Pie Hard nailed our son & daughter in laws rehersal dinner. From the private tasting at Pie Hard to the amount of food & flavor & variety & buffet presentation was top notch! Every person in attendance raved about the food (and got to take some home to due to the amazing quantity) There were lots of 2nd trips through the line. Megan was very quick to respond and attentive in the entire planning process. Well done Pie Hard!! Well done!!
The wood fired pizza is outstanding, lots of unique options. Had the Kurt Brussel and added candied bacon. Beer list is short but has good variety and a range of local options. Extensive cocktail list. Place was clean and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend this place if you enjoy gourmet pizza.
It was our first time, a bit of a drive from our house, but worth it. This is a cozy brick oven style pizza place with a super creative menu. We tried out the garlic cheese sticks, The Kurt Brussel Pizza: mustard bechamel • shaved brussels sprouts • white cheddar • bacon syrup • red pepper flakes, and the Korean Club Sandwich. The dough was nice, crispy on the outside and chewy. The sauce had layers of flavor, super imaginative combinations of toppings, and perfectly cheesy! The service was definitely a huge highlight of our experience. She made great suggestions, made sure our drinks stayed full, and even poked fun of me . We really felt like family and it made our first experience that much better!
Ate at Pie Hard for the first time this past Saturday. The table shared the cheese sticks... highly recommend. I had the McClane and my wife had the BYOP. Both were delicious.
Absolutely loved our visit here! The food was so good and love the extra flare they add to all their food. Service was great. We will definitely be back. Can’t wait to see what others specials they come up with.

The high quality ingredients make for incredible pies that don’t leave you feeling like you need to get rolled out. My favs: Mcclane: Pepperoni with Roasted Garlic Kurt Brussels: Shaved Brussels Sprouts, Mustard Bechamel sauce with a vegan Bacon Syrup. (MUST!) Buffy Summers: Buffalo Chicken Pizza with Pickled Pineapple and Buttermilk Ranch Farmhouse Salad: Field Greens Salad mixed with Ranch topped with Pepperoni and Garlic Breadcrumbs Pie Hard NEEDS to be at the top of your list!
